I'm at that point again where I am ready to just give up trying... Every time I think I have escaped the depression and I am moving forward with improvement. It punches me repeatedly in my face until I fall back into it where I continue to drown in the same anger and self defeat I had coming up. They say old habits die hard, but mine seem to be immortal.
