| so its a site specific project for class and we walked all around a
certain area of town. when we got to the martin luther king jr memorial I
was not all awe inspired, actually felt it was a bit boring compared to
who he is and what he done. So my original plan was to reconstrocted
his memorial in clay that I felt would be more appropriate to what he
achieved in life, but do to time constraints I would have never finished
in time. So my project turnbed into something more...about what he did
and was about,with fear and leadership at the top. The left side of the
wheel was what he fought against and the right side was what he was
about. |
